PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. All products are shipped from the Netherlands.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
North America: 3-5 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY ON SPECIFIC PRODUCTS
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Return items within 30 days of delivery
I DON'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR CANCELATIONS

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your item is returned to me due to an incorrect address or if the delivery is not possible due to different reasons, I will have to ask for shipping to be paid for again to resend and confirmation of your address or a refund will be provided minus shipping costs. The same goes for when the package is declared lost.
